When it comes to achievement, it’s so easy to get caught up in “when I get to that point” or “if only I had” and stop looking at all that you have achieved NOW. 🍾⠀

I know so many people “myself included😅” who just want to get to the next thing. The next level, the next promotion, the next project...the list goes on. We are so caught up in reaching our next step that we don’t appreciate or pay attention to the step we are currently on. ⠀

Remember there is so much value in appreciating and embracing whatever stage of life/work you are currently in. Remember past you would have given anything to be where current you is right now 💯👏

As women it can be be hard being assertive, forth coming and dare I say deliberate, without being told or thought of as, bossy, aggressive or too even too masculine. 🤷🏽‍♀️⠀

Well I am here to say make sure they hear your voice, and let them know who you are and all that your are! You worked hard and earn the position your in now. So don’t ever let someone try to tell you your too “bossy,” because babe you are the boss! 🎊💯

What’s everyone plans for this holiday weekend? Personally we are planning on taking it easy and going to my in-laws pool to relax and get some sun and family time 🌞! I also will love having my husband home for an extra day and maybe try out a New Mexican restaurant 😋!!! ⠀

New and coming soon features on Twitter that might just be worth your time! 🔥🔥🔥⠀

As we all know Twitter has been around for a while, and for some types of companies and users it has been an amazing platform to share knowledge and build community. However, I have to admit that it has alway fallen a bit flat for me personally as far as interest and usefulness. But, it looks like Twitter has really been working to revamp and has created some really cool new features that I think I might just need to spend some time learning this year! ⠀

So what has twitter rolled out: 🧐⠀
⠀
- Fleets - this is very similar to instagram and Facebook stories. Twitter now has a feature that lets you post a story that will then disappear after 24 hours. (only visible on mobile apps)⠀
⠀
- Spaces to compete with clubhouse - New features that users with up to 600 followers can use. It is an audio only voice chat feature that allows the host to chat with their followers. ⠀
⠀
- Communities - similar to Facebook groups, communities allows people to create and join groups around specific interests. ⠀
⠀
- Super follows - this will allow account holders to charge for exclusive additional content, this could be things like newsletters, specific tweets ect.⠀
⠀
- Newsletter - Twitter has created a tool that lets you design, schedule and publish your own newsletters within the platform or to share elsewhere and potentially charge a subscription fee. ⠀

Happy Fri-yay bosses!!! 🎊⠀

It's funny how since I work for myself the weekend doesn't hold quite the same weight it used to, compared with my old corporate job. I remember that feeling of knowing I just had to make it through that day and I would have two whole days to manage my time the way I wanted to! Since I worked at a desk I literally felt enslaved to my chair for 8 hours a day and guilty whenever I strayed away from it. ⠀
⠀
Working from home, and more importantly working for myself has truly brought so much sense of piece that I can't even begin to describe how liberating it is to be able to get up when I need to and just hang out with my fur babies, take a walk, or due a quick workout to help my day be more productive and enjoyable. Its true the weekends currently don't bring the same sense of "free time" they once did, since I still do work on the weekends if I need to. But the trade off is more then justified!⠀

Ide love to know how your weekends are now compared to your old 9 - 5. Do you still take them off or keep going? do you ever miss your old desk jobs? lol

So what is "Experience Mapping? An experience map or Customer Journey map is a visualization of the entire process that a customer goes through from beginning to end. It is essential in understanding the customers needs and pain points, so that they can be addressed by the business. ⠀

So what is the overall point of experience mapping? 👇🏼⠀

1. it uncovers the truth - what parts of the process/website are touched or not touched by the customer?⠀

2. Charts the Course - allows you to realize key insights into the customer's journey.⠀
