Dracut Access Television

Dracut Access Television, Inc. (DATV) has been the town of Dracut’s 501(c) 3 non-profit Community Television & Media Center since 2006. We have worked extremely hard over the past 14 years to be a center that the Town of Dracut and its Residents can be proud of by having trained hundreds of people of all ages on the various technical areas of television/video production, working with member Producers to create many types of dynamic and local programming content, televising many of the town’s Municipal Board meetings, and producing countless special event programming such as concerts, graduations, telethons, sports contests, festivals, and much, much more! Last year in 2019 we were finally able to take our vision of a larger, more advanced facility and make it a reality embarking on a 4+ month construction project at the Beaver Brook Mill. Our new 4300 sq. ft. state-of-the-art center includes (2) television studios with their own control rooms, (3) edit suites, staff office spaces, conference room, storage and more which enables us to better serve our Members and the town!

We have always strived to provide hundreds of hours of hyper-local content about and for the town of Dracut across our (3) Comcast channels: 8-Public Access, 22-Educational Access, and 99-Government Access, via our website-based live streaming at www.dracuttv.org , and across our social media platforms such as Facebook and YouTube. DATV has been extremely proud of the terrific working relationship that we’ve had with the Town of Dracut both the Town Hall administrative staff and the Dracut Public Schools District.

We look forward to continue to help many people take their ideas and things that they are truly passionate about and make them a reality by turning them into programming to be shared with the residents of Dracut and beyond through the vast technologies that we have available.

If you haven't had the opportunity to visit our facility or take advantage of what DATV offers contact us today at (978)957-5522!

Dracut Access Television

We are seeking local Artists from Dracut and the Gr. Lowell area to be part of our rotating artwork gallery in our new, state-of-the-art Community Television and Media Center! This program helps to provide an ever changing fresh and visually stimulating space for our members and visitors to enjoy while providing Artists with the opportunity to gain exposure to their works that they may otherwise not enjoy.

Our gallery space spans a 32 ft. long wall painted in a neutral light grey color, features a STAS artwork hanging system that provides Artists with maximum flexibility in hanging their works both vertically and horizontally, and is illuminated by a dimable track lighting system.

The typical duration of visiting Artist residencies is 6 weeks. If you would be interested in being part of DATV's Art program or would like more information please contact Executive Director Gary Meuse at (978)957-5522 or via email: [email protected]!

Robert W. Rudolph Sr. Do you have any connections at DATV to play a Telethon Marathon??? I’ve come to expect the best local singing, dancing, and Karate demonstrations this time of year and I’m not sure how much longer I can hold up
Statement of availability... Notice to DATV board of directors and management staff. In the event that Dracut cable television modifies its policies to require fair treatment I am always interested in participating in conversations about myself on your broadcasts.

Congratulations to Bob and Gay Corey on being named Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce Community Champions forDracut!! Well-deserved!
So, are you going to keep Roger Daigle on the air, until he blurts out the N-word? His latest broadcast was over the top racist, even for him!

It took Roger Daigle nearly 50 minutes tonight, to say something over the top stupid, and then calls President Obama a Muslim. Old age is no excuse for being asinine!
