Remember the nurse who reportedly set her husband who's an army officer and a doctor abl@ze? Read her own side of the story:

“I didn’t k!ll him, please Nigerians, he did it to himself.

My husband had been assaulting me since the very first month of our marriage — everyone in the barracks can testify to that. There was even a time he beat me so badly that I lost my pregnancy.

This continued until September 22nd, when he told me to leave his house or else something would happen to me. He warned that I shouldn’t take any of the items he bought for me during our wedding, insisting he would burn them all.

He left for work that morning but later returned with petrol. When he saw me, he shouted that I should leave immediately or he’d set me on 🔥. I thought he was bluffing until he picked up a lighter.

I quickly called the Commanding Officer (CO) to report the situation, but he didn't pick up, he accidentally kicked the petrol container, spilling it on the floor. Then the lighter slipped from his hand, and the flre caught instantly.

I rushed out to call for help, but he was busy trying to get his documents. Unfortunately, the fire spread and he got caught up in it... I'm sorry
