We are looking to add a full time Manufacturing Technician to our team here in Greenfield, Massachusetts. Job duties include assembly, servicing, and testing of high-performance power steering pumps and related steering components as well as supporting tasks such as order fulfillment and inventory management.
Radial Dynamics is a small but highly skilled operation serving the motorsports industry, primarily off-road. Our customer base includes racers, rec wheelers, and even industrial customers across a wide range of motorsport genres. Product specific training will be provided on the job for the ideal candidate who has good dexterity, extreme attention to detail, and proficiency with hand tools and basic machine shop operations.
This full-time position is 40 hours per week with a reasonably flexible schedule, no or limited overtime, offering $23-$25/hr and benefits including PTO, paid holidays, profit sharing bonuses, health insurance, and employee discounts. While this particular role will start off as an entry-level tech, growth opportunities will be available as our business and product lines continue to expand.
Being a small team, we all equally share the daily responsibilities of the day to day but this also means that we are highly flexible and able to take quick action to new ideas. When it comes to improving our products, processes, and business in general, your voice will be heard.
