Dear Rich & Deena,

Hi guys, I want to get everyone’s opinion on something this morning, if you have a few minutes?

So my friend at work was telling me about the vacation she was booking for her family for Easter week. It sounded so good, I started looking into it for my own family, and it's very doable for us.

When I told my husband about the vacation, he told me right then and there to book it because he really wanted to go away that week. Now my husband never wants to go away, so I jumped on the opportunity because he was giving me the green light. So I booked it, and now I feel guilty.

Do I tell my co-worker what happened or wait till it gets closer to the vacation time? Do you think this will make her family vacation awkward? What should I do? I feel like a stalker.

Dear Rich & Deena,

Hey guys and Happy New Year. My name is *******, and I’m wondering if you could help me out with something.

So, I had planned to break up with my boyfriend after New Year's because I’m just not feeling it anymore with him. We’ve been together since last June, and the spark has just gone away for me. It’s weird because I do love him in many ways.

Well, yesterday he told me he had an early birthday present for me and showed me this incredible vacation he booked for us to go on a cruise in the Caribbean. I’ve never been on a cruise or to the Caribbean, so I was so excited, but conflicted.

I’m not sure if this vacation is going to save my relationship, but I feel obligated to try now that he’s gone to such lengths to make me happy. Some friends tell me I should still break it off after the vacation. Some say I should see how I feel afterwards, maybe I’ll fall back in love with him.

What do you guys think I should do?

Dear Rich & Deena,

Hi guys and good morning, I’m emailing you this morning because one of my guy friends is mad at me for not setting him up with another friend because I told him she’s too nice for him and he will eventually break her heart.

Now he’s really pi**ed at me and says he has no intention of playing games with her because he knows she’s my friend. I say he just can’t help himself, and he will eventually get bored with her.

The tough part is that she asked about him too. They met at a barbeque at my house, and I told her he’s bad news. If I told her he was interested, I wonder if she’d even care?

So am I being a bad friend to both of them for not helping them get together when they both like each other?

Dear Rich & Deena,
Please help us settle this argument.

We needed a plumber for an unexpected issue. He did a great job. I appreciate that he didn’t make us wait, which happens with most things these days. When he was gathering his tools, my wife whispered to tip him. I shook my head no and gave her that look. After he left, she told me I was cheap and rude.

What? He got paid $180 to show up on short notice. Then he charged his usual hourly price. And I’m supposed to tip him for doing his job? I work in road construction. No one tips me when we fix a pothole or pave their road. This whole tipping thing is out of control. Am I the jerk here?

Dear Rich & Deena,

Good morning everyone my name is ***** and I’m a long-time fan of the show and wanted to get your opinion on an argument my husband and I are having right now.

So yesterday I wanted to take down all of our holiday decorations including the Christmas tree and all of the lights outside. He agreed to take down the lights but refuses to take down the Christmas tree. He said the reason he likes having an artificial tree is so he can keep it up longer.

This is our first house together and our first tree so I never knew he had such strong feelings about this. I think all holiday decorations should go down right after New Year's. So anytime between January 1st and 7th, he said he gets depressed taking down the tree and wants to leave it up all January?

Who leaves their tree up all of January? Do you know anyone who does that?
