Megan and Aaron’s wedding day unfolded in a soft veil of fog over Duluth’s fall hillside, creating the perfect backdrop for a celebration filled with color, emotion, and joy. From the moment Megan stepped into her dress, her bright, effortless smile never faded — a reflection of her bubbly spirit and the excitement building toward seeing Aaron for the first time. And when that moment finally came, the tenderness in Aaron’s eyes said everything. Throughout the day, friends and family shared stories of how deeply these two have touched their lives, painting a picture of a couple whose love radiates far beyond themselves. Filming their wedding at Northland Country Club was a privilege — a blend of natural beauty, heartfelt moments, and a love that was unmistakably theirs.

Tabatha and Tyler's Elopement was quite the day. The grey clouds and thundering seas were an epic backdrop to their simple and beautiful love. Though we had to wait around under the trees for the rain to stop before commencing the ceremony, none of this stopped the happy smiles and delighted giggles from family. It was a day to remember that's for sure!!

Tyler and Tabatha's elopement video follows them and their family from getting ready, to the ceremony, first dance and some family time on the beach. Despite the weather, and some wet cameras, I couldn't stop smiling either. The setting was dreamy and beautiful and completely enhanced by the love Tabatha and Tyler have for each other. Thank you so much for having us be a part of your day!

No matter the weather, the sun always peaks through (literally or figuratively) because what makes your wedding day beautiful is the love you have for each other.

Thanks to Kyle's patience, waiting five minutes for the fog to break meant getting amazing drone footage of Duluth for L+M's wedding day. Their video will definitely have A LOT of this drone footage in it. I'm obsessed!!

We're back! We've been busy working for several months and are so excited to share!

First up is Annali and Daniel's June wedding. Anna and Dan's wedding at Giant's Ridge Recreational Resort was absolutely beautiful and full of so much love. The way the two of them looked at each other the entire day and the beautiful words their friends and family spoke on their behalf was incredibly heart warming. It was a surprisingly hot June day with sunshine and bluebird blue skies. We were so honored to have the opportunity to capture each big and small moment so they have something lasting to remember their wedding by.

Their wedding feature film starts at the beginning of the day as everyone is getting ready and follows Anna and Dan, their friends and their family through each event: ceremony, dinner, speeches, dances and the party afterwards. We even snuck in a moment or two of Dan on his motorcycle :)

We have packed our bags and are on to a new season in our lives and in our business.

Some of you know this already but the reason we started LWV Productions was to have the capability of bringing our business with us wherever we go around the world. Kyle and I were huge travelers before we met and have traveled a lot together since then. We realized very early on our travel bug wouldn't be happy with just the typical two week vacation while working a typical 9-5. So we decided in 2018 to turn our hobby of documenting our journeys and adventures to a full-time job. What has evolved since then is the ability for us to do our work in seasons which has allowed for this next adventure of our lives :). Sailing.

Sailing quickly became our favorite way to travel and experience new places. We started in the Apostle Islands chartering sailboats each summer (of which some of you have enjoyed!) and two years ago bought our own boat, SV Ursa Mango. She's 42 ft long, has great bones, needs a little work (or a lot lol!) and is where we imagined spending our time working and playing. Now that we are in editing season, we've joined Ursa Mango in Grenada for a long sailing season. Our plan is to sail north from Grenada, through the Caribbean, the Bahamas and into the US via the East Coast.

We are both exceedingly excited to get a true feel for the balance of work and play as we sail, explore new places, have many adventures and fall more in love with our Ursa Mango. So you'll see a bit of our adventures peppered in with our professional work because we wouldn't be good videographers if we didn't document this journey would we....

Emily and Brad had an incredible Elopement. The calm and slowness of the day allowed for space to enjoy and treasure every moment. From their little niece's giggles, to the gorgeous landscape and ever changing weather there we're plenty of memories to capture and preserve for a lifetime.

Their wedding video includes the entire day, from getting ready and letter reading to the ceremony, dinner, speeches and dances. The day ended with the couple enjoying some time alone and a beautiful sunset on Lake Superior. It was a perfect day.

We were truly blessed to be a part of Emily and Brad's day. Their love for each other and their family was evident through out the entire day especially during the speeches and dances!! Your heart will burst!

We were also blown away by the location and weather. Scattered showers, wind, the sun gleaming through the clouds and a spectacularly colorful sunset provided a beauty only Northern Minnesota and Lake Superior could provide. It was just too good!

Thank you Brad and Emily for giving us the honor of capturing your wedding day. We hope every time you watch your film, you relive your wedding like it was yesterday.
