Love you, Kaz. Thank you for always being so supportive of us young musicians like me and Andrew.

Gig update for when I shall drum next! The metal/alt rock band I recently joined, Nomads Of Time, will be playing with another band from the rock academy I work at, Lip Service, at the Vault Cider House in Lafayette. Show is November 21st at 7 PM. Lip Service will open the show and Nomads’ set will be at 9 PM. Best of all, it’s free!

Come on down and hear a wide variety of headbangers and crowd pleasers ranging from Black Sabbath to Soundgarden to Judas Priest to System Of A Down and many more! Would love to see you rock out with us!🤘🥁🎸🔥

Oh, no! And just before KISS was going to have their first full classic lineup reunion since 2000. My thoughts and prayers are Paul, Gene, and Peter.😢

Paul 'Ace' Frehley, lead guitarist and cofounder of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame members Kiss, has died. He was 74.

Words cannot possibly describe the experience that it is Linkin Park in concert. I was not ready for how tight the whole band was, how powerful they sounded, how elaborate the projection and laser effects were gonna be, and how engaging the set from start to finish was, featuring a mix of classic favorites as well as plenty of selections off the new From Zero record. Although it is sad that Chester Bennington’s tragic su***de in 2017 prevented him from returning with Mike and the other remaining original members for their first PDX show since 2004 (may his memory be eternal), new singer Emily Armstrong’s unyielding and phenomenal voice powered through every high note and ferocious growl she had to give for 2 hours!

I’ve never seen an audience either sing along with all the songs as much as they did tonight like on classic songs “Numb” and “What I’ve Done” among others, even at other concerts for singalong bands like Journey or Foo Fighters. During “Faint,” some boys even started mosh pitting like it was the year 2000 again! What an unforgettable night and one of the most magical concerts I never expected to experience. Thank you, Linkin Park.
