You get there by driving along the Dunedin Causeway where they also have a beach area
but not anywhere near as nice as the sandy white beaches on Honeymoon Island. From here you can also catch a
ferry that shuttles you to nearby Caladesi Island, which was voted America's Best Beach in 2008 by Dr. Beach.
