KCF 2 Hand Touch Football Game 2020 Join us for an awesome game of 2 Hand Touch Football!! We will pick teams when we arrive and play for a couple of hours.

Every year we host a super-fun, sometimes-freezing-cold Football game just like you played when you were a kid! Part of CrossFit is learning and playing new sports, so if you are worried about your performance...DONT! It is all for fun and we always have a great time! Cheerleaders and waterboys/girls are also encouraged to be there! Meet us at Sherwood Park right after the 9am class ends.
