UPDATE:

THERE ARE COMMENTS ON HERE SAYING THE PAGE IS BEING SHUT DIWN /AND THE GOFUNDME BECAUSE OF THREATS/HARASSMENT ETC.- I need to be extremely clear on something here, and no disrespect intended-but I was told by someone extremely close to Nathan Ingram, who spoke with Nathan Ingram ,who has been conveying messages and things for me to post because he’s not supposed to be posting-that he wanted it all to die down and that the attorney said that there is no way to move forward and that is why this page is being shut down, and the GoFundMe was being shut down- Nathan Ingram has not communicated with several people that have been at the top of helping with this in quite a while-those people and myself included were wanting to help with getting Pacman back-And evidently now, according to his mother, Chancey Whitt and him ,he is still wanting to fight for Pacman and yes, I do know he wants to get Pacman back-and to clarify, the chief of police has said point blank Pacman will not go back to Nathan Ingram-if there’s another attorney who can do differently is definitely a question that’s up for debate-( minimum cost was said to be $10,000 for attorney) but the page is being shut down, and the GoFundMe is being shut down due to no communication and then what I was told has been conveyed when Nathan finally responded- If Nathan has decided differently than he conveyed -when he hasn’t communicated and then said he wanted it just die down -that is his choice to make- but I and good consciousness can’t keep a page up that there is no communication and then the communication is confusing or back-and-forth on what we are doing and Susan Thrailkill has said someone else will have to do a GoFundMe page because she’s not going to be involved in the GoFundMe anymore-We all wish Nathan Ingram the best- we all want him to be able to get Pacman back-but if you’re gonna be saying that this page has been shut down for reasons, then know the real reason-I have been from the beginning and am still in support of the cause for pac-man. I will continue to pray in this matter.

UPDATE: TO CLARIFY: THIS PAGE WAS ORIGINALLY STARTED TO GIVE ONE LOCATION FOR THE PETITION AND GOFUNDME (PER REQUEST) AND FOR UPDATES AND COMMENTS. I, VICTORIA LEE, HAVE ATTEMPTED TO HANDLE THIS PAGE AND ARISING CIRCUMSTANCES/EVENTS TO THE BEST I CAN. SUSAN THRAILKILL STARTED THE GOFUNDME ,WITH FULL APPROVAL FROM NATHAN INGRAM , TO HELP PURCHASE A NEW K-9 FOR THE DUNN POLICE DEPARTMENT IF AN AGREEMENT WAS REACHED. (THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A WAY TO GUARANTEE THE OUTCOME)MANY LETTERS, PHONE CALLS, EMAILS AND IN-PERSON CINVERSATIONS HAVE BEEN SENT/HAD WITH OFFICIALS ON DIFFERENT LEVELS WITH NO AVAIL. THE MAYOR OF DUNN, CITY MANAGER AND CHIEF OF POLICE WERE ALL SPOKEN TO MORE THAN ONCE. A NEW K9 WAS OFFERED TO BE PURCHASED WITH NO COST TO THE CITY. AN OUTSIDE VET WAS OFFERED TO BE PAYED FOR TO ANSWER QUESTION’S OF PAC-MAN’S HEALTH.BOTH OF THESE WERE DENIED.TWO CITY MEETINGS HAD PAC-MAN SUPPORTERS SPEAKING UP - NEWS MEDIA COVERAGE SPREAD THIS STORY- DAVID MARSHBURN PODCAST SHOWN A SPOTLIGHT ON THIS SITUATION. SUSAN THRAILKILL (also to clarify) DID STATE( AND NATHAN INGRAM) THAT IF WE DID NOT WIN IN THIS FIGHT THE GOFUNDME MONEY WOULD GO TO HELP OTHER K-9’s. DUE TO SO MUCH CONFLICT IN COMMENTS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GO TO THE GOFUNDME SITE AND REQUEST YOUR REFUND TO ENSURE YOU GET IT. (SUSAN THRAILKILL IS TRYING TO REFUND MONEY AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE).
THE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO ME HAS BEEN THAT THE ATTORNEY DOES NOT THINK WE HAVE A WAY TO WIN THIS. THE POLICE CHIEF SAID NATHAN INGRAM WILL NOT GET PAC-MAN BACK. I HAVE UPDATED INFO AS FREQUENTLY AS I COULD. AS OF FEBRUAR 27th 2024 I HAD NOT BEEN GIVEN INFORMATION TO GIVE AND HAD NO COMMUNICATION FROM NATHAN INGRAM ALTHOUGH I REQUESTED AN UPDATE. SUSAN THRAILKILL HAD COMMUNICATION AND ADVISED BASED ON THAT COMMUNICATION THAT WE HAVE NO RECOURSE. SINCE THAT POST A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE ASKED QUESTIONS WHICH I HAVE TRIED TO ANSWER. IT IS BEING PUT OUT THERE THAT NATHAN STILL WANTS TO FIGHT FOR PAC-MAN. PLEASE REACH OUT TO NATHAN INGRAM AND CHANCIE WHITT IF YOU WISH TO CONTINUE IN ANY WAY OF SUPPORT FOR PAC-MAN.PLEASE GO TO GOFUNDME FOR REFUND. I HAVE BEEN 100% SUPPORTIVE OF THE FIGHT FOR PAC-MAN IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. I AM
DONE WITH THE UGLY COMMENTS DIRECTED AT MYSELF AND OTHERS . AND I CAN NOT FIGHT FOR SONETHING WHEN THERE IS A MAJOR LACK OF COMMUNICATION. The funds have been requested to be returned if you do not get your funds returned within 14 business days please contact me and I will personally refund them. We fought the good fight, but without access to vet records we are at a stand still. I contacted an attorney and they said there is nothing they can do. Nathan would fight forever for Pac-man, but with a vindictive Chief that will never allow him to have Pac-man and would rather work the dog into the dirt we are stuck. If anyone else would like to continue to fight for Pac-man, feel free. Just please do not get people to donate anymore, I am shutting that page down. I did not do this for any other reason then Pac-man. I am tired of all the hateful comments.

FOR CLARIFICATION- AN ATTORNEY (CONTACTED BY SUSAN THRAILKILL) HAS ADVISED THERE IS NO WAY TO MOVE FORWARD ON THIS FROM WHAT THEY SEE- THAT IS THE INFORMATION PROVIDED - NOT WHAT WAS HOPED FOR- THE CHIEF HAS STATED PAC-MAN WILL NOT BE RETIRED AT THIS TIME- PAC-MAN IS WITH 4 th HANDLER AS STATED BEFORE AND BEING RETRAINED WITH THAT HANDLER. EVERYONE CONTINUE TO PRAY AS ALWAYS- AT THIS POINT THERE IS NO OTHER RECOURSE

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS FOUGHT THE GOOD FIGHT FOR PAC-MAN! A DECISION HAS BEEN MADE TO CEASE ANY MOVES FORWARD BASED ON INFORMATION RECEIVED BY NATHAN INGRAM.
AS INITIALLY STATED THE GOFUNDME MONEY WILL BE DONATED TO HELP WITH ANOTHER/OTHER ANIMALS IN NEED.
