Another batch of my whole wheat and honey bread made with fresh milled organic flour!
With little time, this yeasted bread is so simple to make on the weekends, and yields enough sandwich bread to last at least a couple of weeks. I’ll keep one on the counter and freeze the other two. This is a wonderful way to offer whole grains and nutrition-packed deliciousness for your family! And don’t forget, we use our very own chicken eggs, which free range in our pasture during the day and are fed organic feeds.

A fresh batch of Light Rye Sourdough straight from the oven and still crackling! The caraway aroma never gets old.

I grew up on rye bread. My Dad introduced me to ‘cheese on toast’ when I was little and it’s still my go-to breakfast and snack! It’s best with a slice of sharp cheddar or Havarti & Dill.
