Traveling with the Deacon we cease not to thank our God for the increase and placing the right people on this new journey.

May we will be traveling to the hardest hit areas destroyed by the California fire..We will continue our mission of sharing God's love by serving and prayers.

Praise the Lord everybody, praise the Lord. Pray that this message finds you and your family and congregation are all well and living their best life, through Jesus Christ. Grateful for the opportunity to seek and find a minute of peace with the Father. To hear His voice. To be refreshed and equipped for a brand new week here in Ingram, TX. Traveling With The Deacon ministry starts its third week. We continue to be a blessing to the people and communities affected by the flood, as they return home, many to nothing but destruction and loss. We continue to pray and listen to the first responders, whose assignment has not ended. Yet. Bodies are still being recovered in certain areas. Hope is present in prayer vigil in Ingram, Walk with the cross, in downtown Kerrville, and community events in surrounding towns. Hope is strong enough to begin rebuilding.

Be encouraged on this brand-new day in the Kingdom of our God. All is well. I continue to do God's work in Ingram, TX. Thank you all for your prayers. It is much needed for this assignment. But because Traveling With The Deacon ministry is covered by the blood of the Lamb, (Jesus Christ), the grace and mercy of our God, and the discernment and leading of the Holy Spirit, I have survived another day to give God the glory. I have put in some long hours. I heard unsettling details of what they saw when recovering dead bodies, but praise be to God for being the one to listen. To pray. To cry. To provide a listening ear, comfort, and share the hope that is in Jesus Christ. Thank you Father for answering your call. And for being chosen for a time such as this.

Praise the Lord our God, on this brand day in His kingdom here on earth, and in you community. I cease not to thank God for His strength and compassion that was received and needed as Traveling With The Deacon ministry completed its first week in Ingram, TX. There were many long hours spent praying and feeding first responders and those displaced and
victims of the flood that has change drastically the lives of so many. It was such a blessing to volunteer next to a great team and staff at Mercy Chef, as we prepared over a thousand meals this week. Thank for the memories, and opportunity. I want to thank all that responded to much needed donations to City West Church, in Ingram, to overflowing portions. Filling God's storehouse. But my greatest experience was listening and praying for those that was members of the Search and Recovery team. Over a hot meal and conversation, one after another I listen to them explain what they saw and felt in there recovery of bodies. It was hard to hold back the stream of tears flowing. I was also lead by the Holy Spirit to pray for their K-9 (dogs) team. This is not Traveling With The Deacon ministry first disaster, but this one many new challenges that opened up doors, and placing new people on this journey with me. Much love to my new friend for life, my brother and beloved of our God, Darrin, for shouting out Traveling With The Deacon ministry on his page. Thank you. I appreciate you all.

Brothers. Sisters. Supporters of Traveling With The Deacon ministry. Beloved of God. Traveling With The Deacon ministry is hours away from arriving in Ingram, TX. After many spirit filling hours on the highways, if it continues to be God's plan, we are excited about arriving Sunday afternoon. In partnership with nonprofit Mercy Chef, we will be serving hot meals to first responders and those displaced by the flood. We will remain in Ingram and surrounding areas until God tells us different.
Thank you for your prayers. Please remember our Go Fund Me page. Gas expenses were higher than we budget for. God is faithful to those ministries that He has called and ordained. In Jesus name.

Our Eternal Home
I create new heavens... Isaiah 65:17
What kind of place is Heaven? First, Heaven is home. The Bible takes the word “home” with all of its tender associations and with all of its sacred memories and tells us that Heaven is home. Second, Heaven is a permanent home. We have the promise of a home where Christ’s followers will remain forever. Third, the Bible teaches that Heaven is a home which is beautiful beyond every imagination. Heaven could not help but be so, because God is a God of beauty. Fourth, the Bible teaches that Heaven will be a happy home because there will be nothing to make it sad. In Heaven families and friends will be reunited. God’s house will be a happy home because Christ will be there. He will be the center of Heaven. To Him all hearts will turn, and upon Him all eyes will rest.
As I think of the promise of an eternal home with You and the reunion with my loved ones. Now that's enough for me to rejoice and shout, on this, feel like home, Wednesday.

His Thoughts toward You
How precious are Your thoughts about me, O God? They cannot be numbered! I can't even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand! (Psalm 139:1718, NLT)
Did you know God is thinking about you right now? He thinks about you constantly. You are always on His mind. Do you know what He’s thinking? He’s not thinking about all that you’ve done wrong in your life. No, He’s thinking about the good things He has in store for your future. Jeremiah 29:11 tells us that His thoughts are for our good. His plans are to prosper us and to give us a future and a hope.
Do you know what else He’s thinking? He’s thinking about how much He loves you. He’s not mad at you; He’s madly in love with you! Let that love bring security to your heart and mind. The Bible says that perfect love casts out all fear. Just take a deep breath right now and breathe in His love and peace. When you receive His love, it drives out fear and gives you confidence to embrace the good things He has in store for your future!
Father, thank You for thinking of me today. Thank You for the good work you are doing in my life. I receive Your love which drives out all fear. Make me new as I meditate on You. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
The Lord will perfect everything that concerns you in Jesus' name, on this awesome Tuesday. Amen.

Brothers and sisters, it is such a blessing to know that our heavenly Father is also our Shepherd, who deeply loves and cares for us with no conditions attached.
He is our provider and He makes sure we have what we need, not so much as we want. He is our resting place, our protection, and One Who is always by our side. He is constantly healing our wandering minds and thoughts that
Steers you and me down the road to fear, doubt, and worry, but only our heavenly Father’s word, truth, and love can restore our souls.
The unconditional love that He has for His children makes you and me whole, every day as we focus our trust and faith in Him. He has set before us the highway to freedom, (a freedom to be chosen, or not) that can only be given by a loving heavenly Father, and Shepherd.

Align Your Thoughts

For as he thinks in his heart, so is he... (Proverbs 23:7, NKJV)

Sometimes we need to just stop and think about what we are thinking about! The Bible tells us that what happens on the inside of us—our thoughts, attitudes, and motives—is more important to God than what happens on the outside. You can fool people all day long by saying the right things, but the scripture tells us that God is looking at our hearts. He wants our thoughts and attitudes to come into alignment with His Word so that we can see His promises come to pass in our lives.

Remember, your life will follow the course you set with your mind. When you align your thoughts with God’s thoughts, your life will follow Him. Jeremiah 29 tells us that His thoughts are for our good. His thoughts are for our peace. His thoughts are for our victory! So today, align your thoughts with His thoughts by meditating on His Word. Embrace His promises so that you can move forward into the life of victory He has prepared for you!

Father, today I surrender every area of my life to You. Help my thoughts line up with Your Word. Bring your promises back to my remembrance right now, right where we are, as you and I meditate on You, Jesus. Fill us up Holy Spirit. Amen.
On this Sunday, the Lord's Day, let the family of God, pray for our beloved brothers and sisters in Texas.

There are times when we just need to make time to be with our heavenly Father, so that we may recover from all the pressures of this world we live in.
Between all the negative news, social media, and negative people who think they have all the answers to the world’s problems, we need to spend quality time with our God so that we can receive a new refreshing and renewing that only comes from the heavenly Father.
Jesus took time to get away so that He could spend time with His Father, so should you and I.
The more time we spend with Him, the more we will experience Him pouring out all of Who He is into our existence. His character.

7: "Keep on asking and it will be given you; keep on seeking and you will find; keep on knocking [reverently] and [the door] will be opened to you.
8: For everyone who keeps on asking receives; and he who keeps on seeking finds; and to him who keeps on knocking, [the door] will be opened."
Matthew 7:7-8 (AMPC)
The word for today is to keep on asking, keep on seeking, and keep on knocking because our heavenly Father knows exactly what we need. The need to be in His presence, to receive His directions, love, strength, power, wisdom, and faithfulness is essential for our relationship and spiritual walk with our God. As you and I walk the good walk of faith.
Thankfulness always opens the door to many gifts of favor and blessings. You and I have been empowered to open the door to allow joy and peace that surpass our understanding to enter. And then our breakthrough is possible by giving our heavenly Father our praises with a thankful heart.
On this Thankful Thursday let's see how many times today you will stop, and take a moment to praise God. And thank Him for His goodness; doing this will awaken our awareness to a multitude of blessings. It will also ease the impact of trials when they come, as they will against us.
Let the praises begin!
Go ahead, and begin giving Him your highest praises for ALL He is doing in your life and for ALL He has done in your life! I am Thankful today for God, being God in my life. How about you?

"The Mystery of His Love:
I have loved thee with an everlasting love." Jeremiah 31:3
No human experience can fully illustrate the imputed righteousness of God, as conceived by His infinite love. It is a mystery, so incomprehensible and inexplicable. Like the mystery of the sun’s heat and light, we can not measure it or explain it, and yet we can not live without it. Writing of the mystery of completed righteousness, Paul said, “We speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory. . . . But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him” (1 Corinthians 2:7, 9).
What God has wrought in us is wonderful. But His work has just begun. He has a wonderful, exciting, thrilling future for all of His believing children.
My tiny mind can not grasp all there is in store for those of God's children who love You, but this does not take away the joy and expectation all Your love has prepared everlasting.
My brother, my sister, giving your life to Jesus is a commitment to love your savior. True, tomorrow will come for some, but not for all. For some, it will most definitely be too late. Salvation is the key to heaven. Without it, you can not enter.
God loves you, and so do i, on what could be your last chance, Tuesday.
