Hi, my name is Bre…I’m a social media manager and I ghosted my business page.
Not intentionally.
Not because I didn’t have content.
Not because I didn’t know what to post.
I just stopped making it a priority.
And in that space, I realized something that I see in SO many business owners when they book a consultation with me:
It’s not about being “consistent.”
It’s not about time (or lack thereof).
It’s not about knowing what to post.
It’s fear.
Fear of saying the wrong thing.
Fear of not sounding polished or professional.
Fear of being perceived wrong.
Fear of showing up as the expert.
Because I see it all the time — when business owners are actively doing the work? We’re confident. We know our processes. And we know our value.
But when it’s time to communicate that same expertise online?! We freeze.
So instead of trying to perform for social media, I’m shifting back to something simpler: letting my work speak for itself.
Recording consultations. Sharing testimonials. Documenting the process. Turning real client conversations into content. No performance. Just proof!
We don’t need to do anything new to create content, we just need to share what we’re already doing.
