The same Natural Born Citizenship you must be to run and hold the office of President states need to force the issue and make that for all representatives of government period. Stop saying why it can't when literally the ONLY amendment that has "shall not be infringed up" is constantly INFRINGED UPON. That goes for duel citizenship not while in office.
