Memories of Miami ❤️

3 of us rolled down to Miami in 2014 and hosted the Grassroots Vinyl Lounge at the Virginia Key Grassroots Festival. We had a blast and got some proper digging in.

Almost 10 years ago I was taking a train from Bristol to Brussels. Due to a security related incident in Brussels I ended up stranded at a small stop. As it was late at night with only a few people in the station I ended up meeting a guy from Peru. I had a bag of 45’s with me and we ended up talking about shared musical interests and our favorite artists. Fast forward a decade, after years of chatting back and forth I got a package from him of some of the very artists we spoke about.

The people and places you meet because of music never ceases to amaze me. ❤️

Clarks did a great job capturing the vibes of the Kingston All Stars project. Shot at Mixing Lab and around Kingston in 2014. The contribution these musicians have made to music worldwide is enormous. Huge respect and love for each and everyone of them!

I had at great time at Kotuku Surf Club for the Thrift-A-Bull vintage market. Shout out to my longtime compadre Craig Layabout for the invite! Vintage clothes and wares plus the cool indooor/outdoor layout of the Surf Club! Keep your eyes out for future events.

We had a great time last night at Kotuku Surf Club with the homie Craig Layabout. Beautiful weather, great venue and some fellow DJ’s passed through to hang out. Can’t ask for much more!
