For over a decade, I have been a cheerleader for small, local businesses. Through Social Media, I have an easy, effective and affordable platform to use, to promote local businesses. Several years ago, I started a community page called Shop & Dine Local. On this page, I post about local businesses for no charge. Through my postings, I came to realize the need for Social Media help for small businesses, especially concerning Facebook and Instagram. I filled that need by starting my own Social Media business, C3...by Connie Berg. The 3 Cs stand for, Concept, Content and Communication, all critical for a successful marketing plan.
