We got a chance to show some out of town friends around Utah, including a visit to a new place for us, Tibble Fork Reservoir. Of course videos can’t truly capture the beauty but enjoy a little peak at late springtime in the Wasatch.

After that warm week, we had a big cold front blow in, with snow in the mountains and freezing temps at night down in the valley. I am recovering from surgery on my toes…so fun.

I’m also sharing a little bit of what’s happening in our kitchen on a random afternoon and evening, including recipes for our homemade coffee creamer, which is always a huge hit with guests, and a salad I’ve been making on repeat the last few weeks.
