A federal appeals court has ruled that the Constitution does not guarantee a right to clean water.

Jackson, Mississippi, residents alleged that city officials knowingly exposed them to lead-contaminated water and withheld accurate information. The Fifth Circuit rejected their constitutional due-process claim, ruling that this type of exposure does not qualify as a violation of the right to bodily integrity.

Clean drinking water should be treated as a basic human right. The fact that it isn’t explicitly protected by the Constitution should concern everyone.

The GTA VI leaker known as “Cyberleek” has reportedly cashed out, walking away with an estimated $250K–$286K from a cryptocurrency scheme tied to the leaks.

According to analysis from the GTAForums community, the estimated net profit was around $241K after an initial investment of roughly $29K.

If accurate, this makes the whole “hacktivist” angle look a lot more like a straight-up money play.
