This dog fell and was trapped for an entire day, soaked, exhausted, and crying nonstop for help.
In the busy Pasay–Buendia Imarflex area, surrounded by people, vehicles, and noise, its cries were heard… and still ignored. No rescue. No urgency. No compassion.
Dogs don’t have voices like ours. They cannot dial numbers or post for help. All they can do is cry, wait, and hope that someone—anyone—still has a heart. And when no one responds, that silence becomes cruelty.
This is the painful truth: animals suffer not because help doesn’t exist, but because people choose not to act.
Rescue should not depend on viral attention. Kindness should not require permission.
Someone has finally stepped forward and called on others to rescue the dog. We are still waiting for updates. We can only hope that help did not come too late.
Let this be a reminder: when an animal is in danger, stopping is not optional.
Turning away is a decision, and it costs lives.
If you hear a cry, be the one who listens. If you see suffering, be the one who acts.
