Also it is low carb and low sugar foods.
Those who are diabetic it's a very good meal.

One of the recipes I'm sharing there.
Fried chicken Keto style.
1. Coconut flour
2. Avacado oil.
3. spices, onion, paprika, pepper, salt.
Pan fried. Very crispy and moist inside.
The next side dish is Keto cauliflower hashbrowns squares.
1. Cauliflower rice
2. two eggs.
3. Avacado oil.
4. Fresh parmsean cheese.
5. Cheddar cheese.
6. Crispy bacon 🥓 added.
7. Coconut flour
Mixed all together add salt pepper, I added crush red pepper, onion powder.
Make into squares bake until firm.
