East Palo Alto has a new mayor and vice mayor! Webster Lincoln is now the city's mayor and Ruben Abrica is the new vice mayor. It was a city reorganization tonight like no other! Even former Mayor Donna Rutherford questioned the process. At the end, the outgoing mayor, Martha Barragan, said, "Stay tuned!"
