Super Spruce owes its immense pine aromatics to a double dose of resin. The new growth of spruce trees layered with Chinook hops create a complex profile of fresh pine that includes floral, citrus, cola, and bubble gum undertones. This unboiled gose is luminous and hazy with a grapefruit-like acidity that perfectly showcases the bright coniferous flavors rounded out by a touch of sea salt.

Tasmanian IPA is brewed with 100% Australian hops. The Tasmanian hop, Galaxy, is a strong, aromatic variety that is different from traditional strains of the Pacific Northwest. Our brewers developed a recipe that showcases the hop’s unique flavors of citrus and pineapple.

This juicy double ipa features 4 lbs per bbl of mosaic, azacca and citra hops. The soft malt backbone features two-row, Pilsen, blonde roasted oats, white wheat and honey oats. The late hop addition and delicate malt bill are enhanced by barbarian yeast to create a full bodied, citrus/fruit forward, hazy beer. You’ll hardly know it’s a Double IPA

A warm, velvety feeling and canned in a limited-run holiday brew, Jingle Jangle.
But there’s something special that gives this beer it’s warmth.
We’ve cut chunks of Amburana Wood – also known as Brazilian Oak – soaked them in rum and steeped them in the brew during conditioning, bringing flavors of vanilla and cinnamon without actually adding any spices.
This toasty Copper Ale gets its color from a blend of Copper Carapils and Midnight Wheat malts that also lend themselves to a slightly sweet, roasted flavor. And the combination of spice-forward Tettnanger and Sterling hops also help to bring forward the natural spiciness of the Amburana.

Rams’ nose tackle looks to “bash” hunger.
On his first trip to the Super Bowl, Sebastian Joseph-Day (Bash) paid homage to his Pennsylvania roots by partnering with a local restaurant, the Yard of Ale on Main Street in Stroudsburg, to create “The Bash Burger.” The meaty menu item was such a hit that it was added to the restaurant’s regular menu and $5 of each burger sold (thru Super Bowl Sunday) will be donated to the Monroe County Meals on Wheels program.

Our Sip of Sunshine IPA is brewed by Lawson’s Finest Liquids in Stratford, CT at Two Roads Brewing and it will continue to be produced at that location. Sip of Sunshine is a beer inspired by the original Double Sunshine IPA, brewed in Vermont (previously in Warren, now at our brewery in Waitsfield). They have recipes with distinct differences in the hops, specialty malts and water source for the beer, yet they share a similar juicy, tropical fruit character and a floral aroma that jumps from the glass!
Pour mindfully, inhale deeply and enjoy a tropical vacation in a glass. Always store cold, enjoy fresh and stay cool!
