As most of you know I'm a huge weeb and I always get asked "Why do you watch anime?"

Well to be honest other than the fact it's a way to escape reality into amazing worlds full of magic, awesome powers and amazing creatures, it's also taught me so much!

I firmly believe that I wouldn't the person I am today if it weren't for the values I learned from immersing myself into these amazing stories!

These 3 are just the surface of all the things I hold dear to my character!

Its Weigh in Wednesday yall!

I'm up to about 210 lbs now after I cut down to 205 earlier this year. And yes it was intentional haha.

Trying to add some size and muscle in the end of this year so next year when I cut again it's even crazier!

Also added a wellness Wednesday post about micronutrients! It's scary to say but more than half the population misses out on key micro nutrients when it comes to their diet 😨

There are ways to improve this gap thankfully!
- Eat a variety of fruits and veggies
- Include fresh wild caught fish as one of your protein sources
- Eat fermented foods like yogurts, kimchi, and saurkraut
- Use supplements where needed! Always start with whole foods first!

In the left all there was was doubt. I didn't feel good, I didn't look the way I wanted to, I didn't know if I would be able to do the things I had started to put my mind towards.
On the right...there are still doubts..but not as many. I'm beginning to see my potential beginning to take shape. I've surprised myself showing im more capable than I was allowing myself to think.
Morel of the story? Stop giving up on yourself before you even try. That mental barrier will keep you from any greatness that could have possibly been in your future.
Failure is an important teacher. Without it you never understand how you can improve or what you are good at.
Stop waiting to take your life into your own hands!

Protein french toast from this morning 🀀🀀
770 calories
73 g of protein
82 g of carbs
16 g of fats
French toast batter:
*0.5 cup of egg whites
*2 large eggs
*1 scoop Level-1 Cinnamon Cookie Batter
* ~ 2 tsp of cinnamon sugar
W/ side of fat free cottage cheese & pinapple chunks
Of course I topped the French toast off with some maple Grove farms sugar free syrup (which is literally a diet hack).
