Today we played hide and seek…
Well, technically I played.

Max, on the other paw, seemed deeply invested in something far more important at the exact same time.

I hid. I waited. I peeked.
He… followed a smell, reconsidered life choices, and maybe forgot I existed for a solid minute.

Pretty sure he thinks the game is called
“Human disappears, I do whatever I want.” 🐾
