At only 10 months old, this sweet pitbull mix is already a big, beautiful girl weighing in at 76 pounds. Don’t let her size fool you—she’s a little shy when you first meet her. But once she warms up, she turns into a total cuddle bug who just wants to be close.

Limoncello is playful, loves other dogs (especially the boys), and would be so happy in a home with a canine friend. She’s waiting for her spay and ready to start her new life with a family who will give her patience, guidance, and love.

Check out Sid! He’s this week’s Pet of the Week!

Our WCEI radio Pet of the Week, sponsored by Easton Utilities is Sid! Sid is emotionally unavailable and stunningly judgmental. He’ll flop dramatically on his side and roll around like he’s inviting affection.

Do not fall for it.

Sid does not want you to touch his belly. Sid does not want to hear you breathe too loud. Sid will throw hands like it’s Thanksgiving dinner and someone brought up politics. He might allow a quick head scritch, but only if the stars align and your tax documents are in order. His love is conditional, his betrayal is swift, and we respect that. Despite the theatrics, Sid is a sweet, quiet guy who needs time to adjust. Shelter life isn’t his thing. He’s looking for a calm home, a little patience, and someone who understands that trust takes time.

Emergency Water Main Repair and Road Closure on Victoria Way in Bay City

The Queen Anne’s County Department of Public Works is currently responding to an emergency water main break in the Bay City community near 400 block of Victoria Way.

As a result of the break, Victoria Way is temporarily closed to traffic, and water service has been shut off for residents on the following streets:
Victoria Way
Wallman Way
Calvert Road

Crews are on site and working to complete repairs and restore water service as soon as possible. The public is asked to avoid the area while work is underway.
