Today, 11/10/2025 marks the 50th anniversary of loss of the Edmund Fitzgerald. I remember as a very young child watching my black & white TV, I believe it was PBS, when a song came on, titled The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald. Back then we did not have shazam, to figure out what the song was, but I was determined to find out. I wrote down the few lyrics I could remember and on Monday morning I call the local radio station, KQ106 and told them the story, and the lyrics I remembered. The person who answered the phone did not know, but they put me into the DJ, and sure enough, he new.

When I woke up today and saw the historic data of this, I quickly threw together this ‘music video’ using some AI images and my singing. Still working on getting sound and graphics all figured out, but this is just for fun…
