Hi fellow golfers ⛳

Has anyone played and stayed at the The Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort?

It would be about a 5-hour drive for me, but this place looks pretty awesome:

Historic hotel built in 1911
A.W. Tillinghast design (classic course 👀)
Majority of the course sits on an island in the Delaware River
Found a $150 stay & play deal through GroupGolfer

From what I’ve seen, it’s a really unique, old-school golf experience with a ton of history—including hosting major events and being tied to early PGA history

BUT… I’d love some real feedback before making the trip.

👉 Worth the drive?
👉 How are course conditions + pace of play?
👉 Is the hotel experience solid or a little outdated?
