Please join us in welcoming Jennifer Marcus to the team!

Jennifer is from central Minnesota and currently lives in the countryside of Prinsburg, MN. She primarily supports Willmar Public Schools as an embedded Communications Specialist. She will also support Captivate's Marketing and Social Media.

During and after college, Jennifer worked at a small marketing company in Willmar, bringing over six years of experience to the role.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family—her parents, two younger sisters, and a younger brother—and pets, including 15 cats and three dogs. She also enjoys playing Sims, writing stories, watching her favorite shows, and listening to music!

As parents, neighbors, and community members ourselves, we are heartbroken by this week’s school shooting in Minneapolis. Our hearts go out to the students, families, and educators who are grieving, and to all who dedicate themselves every day to creating safe, caring spaces for young people.

As mission partners with The "I Love U Guys" Foundation, we want to take a moment to lift up their work. The founders of this organization lost a child in a school shooting and have committed to improving school safety and emergency response after experiencing their own tragedy. We are proud to support their work and we long for a day when there is no violence in our schools or places of worship.

We stand with the Annunciation Catholic School community in sorrow and in gratitude for the strength and compassion of those who continue showing up for students in the hardest of times.
