Hard to believe it's been exactly TEN YEARS since I used up one of my 9 lives.... Just returned home from Iceland with a really bad cough... Driving in Cohasset searching for an address at 10mph... coughed REALLY hard and accidentally hit the gas pedal and hit an oak tree at 65mph... in a cul de sac!

I was told I would be out about 7-10 months with a cracked hip, in rehab, etc.

I was back to work in 7 weeks!

In the nearly 20 years I've been shooting real estate, one house clearly comes to mind as one of my favorites. I like contemporary, unique, different, clean lines... and this one hit every mark. It even made me get up REALLY early and drive all the way out to Swampscott at sunrise to shoot the video!

The design was actually inspired by a vintage car of all things! A curved house with floor to ceiling glass and a spectacular ocean view... It doesn't get much better than that!
