Check out these before and after. I found these on the curb, gave them a good power wash, lots of scraping, and sanding. My husband added some extra wood in the back for support .Then finally a new coat of paint, which I had left over from a previous project. Total cost: lots of sweat and $0.

While everyone is already crafting for fall and even Cristmas, I managed to finally take my tulip wreath down and replaced it with a simple boxwood. We all fall behind sometimes, I try to remind myself to enjoy the things that really matter, like spending this wonderful summer with my family and grandkids. I wish you all a wonderful summer🥰

Here is the finished project, ice chest turned raised bed. I took a very different approach from the last one, but I can honestly say I like them both. Now I gotta go and get some potting soil and plant some herbs.

Here is the old wood panel we worked on the other night. I did sand off some more paint after the video to distress it more and to show of some of the original wood. The sign I got at Dollar tree. I did plant my baby hastas in it, but some bright Marigolds would look lovely too. Let me know what you think.
