Most auctioneers remember the nerves of stepping behind the mic for the very first time. The chant didn’t come out as smooth as we hoped, our hands might’ve shaken a little (or maybe a lot), and the crowd felt bigger than it really was. But that first auction lit a spark that pushed us to keep going, to improve, and to find our voice in the auction industry.
