If your cookies spreading like a pool 🫠, then keep reading! Here’s the scoop 🍨👇🏽👉🏼Flour ratio :My rule of thumb 👍🏼 is to pair it with butter for ratio. Think of it as the flour keeps the butter calm like your bestie does when you’re about to make a bad decision. Ratio should be 3:1👉🏼Corn starch:Corn starch soaks up that extra moisture. Kind of like how your kids soak up all your energy. Use 1 1/2 tsp for every 2c of flour.Eggs:Swap out 1 egg for just the yolk. It will help give your cookies that extraaa thick and soft body. It’s like giving your cookies a bbl. 🍪🍑Trust me, you don’t want to skip this part ! 👉🏼Fillers/additives:Don’t be shy! These with help hold your cookies together while they’re baking. Load it up like you’re loading up your shopping cart! 🛒 👉🏼Baking time:Chill for a bit. Watch a movie. Preferably in the freezer. (The cookie dough, not you). I always chill my dough before baking.
