NUMBER ONE thing I hear from a buyer going to straight to builder or builder representative " We had SO many issues when we first moved in?"

Yes, you still need a home inspection, even on a brand-new home. 📣

New construction homes may look flawless on the surface—luxury finishes, fresh paint, and never-before-used appliances.
But behind the walls? Mistakes happen.

So sure, the builder might not require it. But if you ask me? It’s one of the smartest moves you can make when you're buying a new construction home (second only to hiring an agent to represent you!).
