Water 🟰 Hydration? That’s not the full story!

It’s true, drinking plenty of WATER is imperative, especially as an active person in the summertime!

But when you’re sweating (and even during the winter, really), you lose electrolytes💦 which can throw off your body’s fluid balance.

In most cases, the answer is Yes! You can exercise at the park, at home, or at your local fitness studio. Many fitness organizations aim to provide customers with opportunities to explore various workouts within their community.

Why being “skinny” is an unrealistic goal⬇️📣

There’s nothing wrong with desiring to be thin, but if that’s your only goal, it won’t get you very far.

When “being skinny” is the focus, many unhealthy habits/results are allowed: restrictive eating, low muscle mass, feeling faint, just to name a few!🙅🏼‍♀️

What’s SUSTAINABLE is a HEALTH related pursuit. Because being “healthy” is never a bad thing!!

It’s possible to be strong & healthy and not be skinny, but the odds are, a healthy weight will follow aiming to be strong first.😉
