Bilingual Books for Children

⏳TOMORROW is the LAST DAY to give a book to a child in Honduras!!
Every single gift matters—no amount is too small. We’re just over halfway to our goal, and your help RIGHT NOW can put a book directly into a child’s hands. 📚❤️

This Saturday, Dec. 13, I’ll be at the Festival Centro Americano at the Queen Event Center with the Asociación Centroamericana US for one final push.

Querido pueblo de Honduras,
Estamos muy emocionados de compartir con ustedes que estamos colaborando con la y con otras 14 organizaciones en Honduras que trabajan en programas de educacion y alfabetización en zonas rurales y de bajos recursos, con el fin de poder ofrecer 8,000 libros a los niños a quienes sirven.

También estamos trabajando junto a una escuela local aquí en Oklahoma City St. Paul’s Community School que está realizando una recaudación de fondos para hacer posible este proyecto. Estos libros planeamos imprimirlos en Honduras por medio de y esto es una gran alegría para nosotros!

Mi gente de Honduras, me he unido con una escuela de aquí en Oklahoma City que se llama y 14 organizaciones en Honduras que trabajan con literatura/enseñanza con la meta de poder proveer libros para los niños a los que ellos sirven. Estamos tratando de recaudar $36,000 para poder imprimir 8,000 libros para niños. Esto ayudara para que nosotros podamos donar estos libros a estas organizaciones en Honduras y ellos usar estos recursos para promover un amor a la lectura y aprendizaje.
