🎈 BLOOMING BALLOONS BY CHRISTINA LLC — TERMS & CONDITIONS
• A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date. This fee is applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 day before your event.
• All pricing is starting at and may vary depending on size, customization, balloon density, setup requirements, rentals, travel, and event location.
• All payments made toward your booking, balloons, backdrop, rentals, or custom decor are final and non-refundable. Credits may be offered at the sole discretion of Blooming Balloons by Christina LLC.
• Outdoor balloon installations are subject to weather conditions. Heat, wind, rain, humidity, direct sunlight, and other environmental conditions can affect balloons. Blooming Balloons by Christina LLC is not responsible for balloon damage, popping, deflation, movement, or installation failure caused by weather or environmental conditions.
• The client is responsible for ensuring the venue has approved the installation and that there is adequate space and access for setup.
⏰ DAY-OF SETUP & VENUE ACCESS POLICY
• The client, venue representative, or another designated contact must be present or immediately available by phone on the day of the event during the scheduled setup time.
• The client is responsible for making sure we can access the venue or setup location at the agreed-upon time. This includes unlocked doors, gate access, venue approval, keys/codes when applicable, and someone available to direct us to the setup area.
• We allow a 15-minute grace period from our scheduled arrival/setup time for access to the venue or location.
• If we are unable to gain access or begin setup within that 15-minute window because the client, venue, or designated contact is unavailable, we may be required to leave and proceed to our next scheduled setup.
• Because we often have multiple events scheduled on the same day, we cannot delay another client’s setup due to unavailable or inaccessible venue access.
• If we are required to leave because access was not available, refunds will not be issued. If our schedule allows us to return later, an additional return/travel/setup fee may apply, and a return visit is not guaranteed.
• Once installation has begun, the approved design is considered final. Last-minute changes are not guaranteed and may result in additional charges.
• Once the installation has been completed and we leave the location, Blooming Balloons by Christina LLC is not responsible for damage caused by guests, children, venue staff, pets, weather, moving or touching the installation, or other circumstances outside of our control.

✨ Blooming Balloons by Christina LLC is fully insured; however, the client assumes responsibility for venue access and conditions outside of our control.
