SOLD!!!! 30155 Fischer Place, Edwards, MO. Congratulations to my sellers David and Catherine Peer on the sale of the lake home in Forbes Lake of the Ozarks Park!! Selling is bitter sweet.... realizing that you have had over 20 years making beautiful memories in this gorgeous waterfront home, yet knowing that the time has come to pass it on to a new family to make their happy memories is not easy. It gave me great pleasure to represent these sellers and not only get to know them, but also their wonderful daughter and son in law, Mark and Kathy. Sometimes it takes a village to make everything happen. There were challenges along the way with sellers not using internet and needing signatures Kathy and Mark were always happy to help. Having this home stained and sealed prior to closing made it even more beautiful and ready for more years of weather not bothering the finish. I'm so happy for this family and the new owners!
