We will be holding our annual book sale during the month of September. There will be titles by James Patterson, Stephen King, John Grisham, Sandra Brown, Danielle Steele, Nicholas Sparks, Clive Cussler & more, as well as Young Adult, Junior Fiction and plenty of kids books, both picture books and chapter books. The price of books will be as low as $0.25 and $5 per a bag of books. Thank you for your support!

Not only is September the month of our annual book sale, it is also Library Card Sign-Up Month! So if you are wanting/needing a library card, it is FREE, there is no better time than now through September! Sign up here at the library and receive access to 1000s of books, movies, games and more, including access to online libraries such as Hoopla Digital and the Cloud Library! Current Library Hours are 10-4 on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 2-6 on Thursday and 10-Noon on Saturday.

I hope you all had a wonderful summer! I know I did here at the library! Have fun this school year and don't forget about us here! Be sure to stop by and see us this fall. We are starting the process of “weeding” here at the library. That is when we have to make the difficult decision on which books/movies need to be pulled from our shelves. We will be working on this next week and we will be holding our book sale the 1st week of September! Keep an eye here for updates.

We still have a few I Love Reading bags leftover from the Summer Reading Program. They were graciously donated by the Farmerettes! If you haven’t received one yet, stop by and pick one up! They are perfect for your visits to the library or taking your books and electronics with you on car rides!

Tigers in the News Bulletin Board!
This bulletin board was begun last year to shine a light on our student successes, whether sports, royalty, forensics, FBLA, music, and more. We look forward to refilling this board with our student successes through the 2025-2026 school year. Throughout the year if you come across an article in an area newspaper that features our students we would love for you to send them to the JSH school.
