Misty Mountain, the debut release from Sophia Yau-Weeks comes out April 3rd! The first single dropped yesterday, and we’re thrilled to be announcing we’re releasing the record. Continuing our label journey into the indie pop world, this incredible record was recorded right here at Tiny Telephone and produced by Maryam Qudus. It’s a beautiful record that explores grief and community through a lush musical landscape

Preorders are live for the 18Fevers Collection LP!

This record contains everything released in the first four years of 18Fevers for the first time on vinyl. Follow the band as they honed their death punk disco sound and rose to the top of the Korean punk scene.

Records are being pressed now and should ship out in just a couple weeks!

Bay Area locals will know the treasures waiting to be found at Urban Ore, which this week turned up quite the odd treasure, a promo video collection with none other than not one but TWO videos from The Smugglers! Who knows the quality that’s been preserved. What we do know is the quality from the upcoming Selling The Sizzle reissue, with full remastering from Mass Giorgini and extra special artwork from Chris Appelgren! Have you ordered yours yet? Copies will be arriving here in just a couple weeks

Good morning! Dropping by to announce our newest release, the genre bending incredible debut from .pest

A new 6-song ep written by Brady Baltezore (Black Cat Music, Criminals) and performed by HEX PEST, whose current lineup includes Travis Dutton (BCM), Jason Willer (Charger, Jello Biafra & GSM, UK Subs, Hawkwind) and Bobby Wilcox (HeWhoCannotBeNamed (Dwarves) band, Creecher, The Sorority).

LET GO HELL, YOUR FALL WILL BE BROKEN BY THE ROOF OF HEAVEN was recorded in Sausalito, CA, in the very same room that Fleetwood Mac conjured Rumors in 1977; (not to mention iconic albums by: Prince, Huey Lewis & the News, Bob Marley and the Wailers, Grateful Dead, Metallica, and many more.) It was finished and mixed in the building that previously housed Fantasy Studios in Berkeley CA. The recording was engineered by Jesse Nichols, who has tracked sessions with The Stooges, Ty Segall, Mikal Cronin, and Wendy James (of Transvision Vamp).

LET GO HELL, YOUR FALL WILL BE BROKEN BY THE ROOF OF HEAVEN is an exploration of the liminal space between life and death; a rumination on loss and rebirth in a world at a crossroads, standing hand in hand at the edge of a chaotic, flashing void. Its six-song cycle serves as an open invitation to take the glowing screen out of your purse or pocket and throw it through the nearest window—there’s no time like RIGHT NOW to start building the world that you want.

There’s a lot of great bands from the greater Bay Area history, and then there’s Nuisance. It’s hard to think of a band that I’ve been more excited about getting to work with, and this is something truly special. Not just a reissue, but a brand new compilation of tracks from across the band’s history, be it Very Small Records 7”s, cassette comps, or songs found by Adam LaBelle in a garbage can decades ago. Some of these have never been heard, and they’re all remastered (or, mastered for the first time in most cases) but Carl Saff. Liner notes by Adam. It’s raw, it’s distorted and hissing, it’s some of the best music we’ve released.

Tomorrow night our buds in Spurts are celebrating the release of their brand new album “That Was Mean and I’m Sorry” at Bikini Bottom in Oakland. This album is a classic in the making and what else do you have to do on a Saturday night? Love this band, love this album, go see the show and grab a copy of the new record from them on vinyl!

Gargoyle approved! We now have vinyl of hit me, Harold!’s newest creation. Pill blue vinyl, all of them include a lyric insert. Love love love this album and really stoked to be working with a band that’s been such a supporter of Bay Area DIY.

Big day! Hope everyone is having a great Bandcamp Friday 🎶
First off, today the new Phase Problem LP is finally out! Been playing this non stop since I got asked to help release it, just truly great Lookout-esque pop punk. We’re over half sold out of our copies so get em while they’re still in this universe!

Also, we’re doing tapes for the new split between Indica In Decay and Lumpy! Ska? Synth? Fun! 3 tunes per artist and even a Replacements cover to boot. Go check it out and order the tape from us or Lumpy/Indica’s Bandcamps today (since it’s Bandcamp Friday!!)
