In celebration of Earth Day 2025, The Ian Fays unveils a heartfelt cover of “Our Nature”, the beloved track by Italian indie rock pioneers . This reinterpretation honors the song’s gentle urgency while breathing new life into its poignant message: an ode to the fragile connection between humanity and the world we inhabit.
«In 2006 we went on tour in Europe and found ourselves hanging out with Yuppie Flu who graciously welcomed us into their world. Yuppie Flu’s popularity in Italy was evident (with their pictures plastered on the front covers of music magazines at seemingly every turn).
Yuppie Flu had released the album “Toast Masters” the year prior, and the single “Our Nature” was a particularly beloved track that ended up defining a distinct and memorable stretch of time for us.
Twenty years later, we decided to pay tribute to the song (and the band) by releasing this cover and, latching to the title, to release this cover on Earth Day and collect some money for The Nature Conservancy (), a non-profit organization dedicated to conserve the lands and waters on which all life depends».
