“Finished my first ever miniature kit! Sunshine Town was a fun project, I highly recommend it. I customised it with washi tape, gold acrylic ink and watercolours (to stain the wood after sanding). There's also a tiny dog hidden in the window. I used a water/alcohol proof brush pen to fill in the iron bar edges, and stuffed the loose slots with tiny shreds of paper fiber to keep them from hanging loose (precision tweezers used).
The only issues I really had was with tree grate, which didn't fit against the wall (Solved this by splitting a few wood layers off the bottom and trimming the hidden side off), and accidentally obliterating one side of the chair in 3 places while painting it 😅. Somehow managed to glue it back together and push it in place, but I really thought I was was going to have to make a replacement. The thin curvy wood pieces are the most brittle, it seems.” - Stephanie M.

The making of Eternal Bookstore DIY kit book nook/bookshelf insert. It has so many miniature books with vintage fixtures. Relaxing and calming for sure! Love how the books turn out, they look hyper real but tiny!
