“It’s faster to walk than drive.”

That’s what local residents told news crews about the daily traffic gridlock on Alamo Ranch Parkway—where a 5-minute trip can easily turn into a 30-minute nightmare. 🚗💨

To fix it, Bexar County & the Alamo RMA proposed an $80 million traffic improvement plan spanning 2.5 miles from Loop 1604 to Calaveras Way. The project adds six main lanes and overpasses over major intersections so drivers can bypass traffic lights entirely.

Blueprints tell one story, but 3D animation reveals the actual experience. We brought this large infrastructure project to life so residents and stakeholders can see how traffic will flow once it's complete. 🎥✨

How do you get donors to invest in a future that only exists on paper? Temple Mount Sinai had a massive vision for its Capital Campaign, but blueprints and still renderings could only tell half the story. To secure real buy-in, donors didn't just need to understand the architectural updates—they needed to feel the energy of the transformed space before a single brick was laid.

That’s where we came in.

Neomedia Design Group built a 3D animated walkthrough that turned flat schematics into an immersive visual experience. Instead of forcing supporters to imagine the future, we let them walk through it.

Architects design spaces to be lived in, not frozen in time.

Yet after analyzing architecture firms across our local market, I noticed a massive blind spot: Everyone is posting beautiful still renderings. Virtually no one is showcasing true 3D architectural animation.

Why?

The tools are already here. Video dominates every feed. Animation allows clients, investors, and stakeholders to feel a space before ground is even broken. Still images show a building; animation sells the experience.
