Since I eat out 3-4 days of the week, I like to spend my off days taking things easy and eating lighter. But here’s my problem...

A problem is that most things I buy go bad fairly quickly, so I’ve decided to change up my game plan. This past week, I decided that I would start planning my meals for the days that I plan on being home. I’m building a new habit which in turn will make things easier for me and my wallet😅 .

Here’s my plan, I welcome suggestions

0. Decide what you’ll eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack.
0. Make a small grocery list(some items might already be in your pantry or fridge)
0. Go shopping only for the items you’ll eat during those days(I know, the grocery stores are made to trick us🤣)
0. Buy Items, go home and prep those meals
