has a pretty refreshing take on aging.

From her love of walking and breakfast burritos to her eight-hour sleep rule, Walsh is embracing a wellness routine that feels more relatable than rigid. And her best advice? “Get out of the habit of worrying.”

We’re taking notes. ✍️ Read the full conversation at the link in bio.

Hey Garry, vertigo out of nowhere. What’s going on?

co-founder says vertigo is usually a pressure imbalance in the upper body that can travel up through your fascial lines by way of your vagus nerve. The fix is a vagus nerve reset, and it only takes about 3 minutes. If vertigo shows up, he says that’s actually a sign your body is trying to rebalance itself.

We also ask Garry about middle-of-the-night leg cramps, bloating after eating, and hamstrings that stay tight no matter how much you stretch. To get his advice on what might be going on (and what to try), catch ’s full rapid-fire round on the Live + Well podcast. Link in bio. 🔗

Stress might not start in your inbox. It might start in your jaw.

Human Garage co-founder Garry Lineham argues that we don’t just clench our jaws because we’re stressed — a chronically tight jaw may also keep the body acting like it has something to brace against. He suggests the body may not clearly distinguish between survival threats and modern stressors like emails, and that a clenched jaw can reflect that confusion.

It’s part of the thinking behind the jaw release that left LeAnn Rimes in tears on camera, in a clip so raw it racked up billions of views and turned into a full-blown internet debate about stress, trauma, and whether the body really does “keep score.”

“Fascia is intelligent. It’s bioelectric, biophotonic. It has a quantum aspect to it.”👀

Co-founder of Human Garage Garry Lineham believes this is what fascia really is. And it goes way beyond what most of us learned growing up.

Most people think of fascia as the thin connective tissue wrapping around muscles and organs, the stuff surgeons used to cut through without much thought. Garry says that’s actually changing. He told us that in 2016, a leading orthopedic surgeon showed him a report stating fascia should no longer be indiscriminately cut during surgery, treating it more like an organ than incidental tissue.

Garry takes it further. His theory is that fascia forms before we’re even fully developed as embryos. Before cells differentiate into brain or organs, there’s a gel-like substance that becomes the fascial network everything else grows around. He argues this network carries electrical signals, plays a role in senses beyond the traditional five, and even has measurable bioelectric and biophotonic properties.

Here’s the catch. There is science to back up a lot of this. Researchers are studying fascia’s role in signaling and its bioelectric properties. As Garry puts it, there’s usually a 20-year gap between science and medicine, and another 20 before public awareness catches up. That gap is exactly where this conversation lives. So, emerging science, personal theory, or both? Tell us your thoughts. 👇🏼

The Vegas wedding, for most, evokes spontaneity, spectacle, and a little bit of chaos—impulsive, theatrical, and often featuring an Elvis impersonator or two. In other words: anything goes.

Last weekend, however, raised the stakes. As a prelude to its forthcoming film , the studio hosted a Las Vegas chapel wedding pop-up that managed to outdo the “Wedding Capital of the World” itself, with surprise appearances from lead actor and cast member (no impersonators here).

The campaign builds on an earlier cheeky plant—a staged wedding announcement featuring and costar in the —and continues to blur the line between fiction and reality, extending the film’s narrative universe into the real world. It’s a fitting strategy for a story rooted in love, performance, and the narratives we construct around both.

Safe to say: we’ll be watching closely when arrives April 3rd.

This year’s wedding catering is serving far more than dinner.

Across the industry, couples are moving beyond conventional reception formats and approaching wedding food with a clearer point of view, favoring inventive presentations, unexpected pairings, and service styles designed to engage guests.

In other words, not just what’s served but *how* it’s served is becoming central to both guest experience and the overall narrative of a celebration.

Locket—a name designed to safeguard and hold close what matters most.

Formerly known as , the label now debuts as Locket with its Spring/Summer 2026 bridal collection, “Deep in the Heart”—a defining evolution within the portfolio and today’s bridal fashion landscape.

With an affectionate nod to the brand’s Texas heritage and a sharpened vision for the modern bride, the collection balances sculptural bodices with fluid draping and lustrous finishes with tactile detail, all grounded in real-world wearability. The Locket bride is confident and self-possessed: as at ease styling her gown with cowboy boots as she is embracing full-glam impact.

Emotional at its core yet structurally assured, Locket enters the Spring 2026 season aligned with a broader industry shift toward identity, intimacy, personalization, and design fluency over excess.
