I am enduring a parents worst nightmare. Remembering James Walter Gestwicki is my main focus right now while I navigate the unimaginable. I’m sorry there is no schedule to post but I can tell you classes are still being held and if you would like to join any of them both Karen (435-650-4988) & Michele (985-789-0875) are managing their classes and will be happy to share class times with you. Stress? Ain’t nobody got time for that! Come melt it away with us as we move through the week. We have extra mats if you don’t have one and want to give it a try. Yin is the practice of longer holds in poses assisted with breathing while we try to shut that monkey brain off and listen to what the body is trying to tell us. Power is an awesome workout that is sure to help tone those muscles and sweat some toxins out. Restorative is sure to relax you so you can allow your nervous system to ease into rest and digest. Perfect for just before bedtime. If you have any questions or if you would like to reserve a spot just call or text me 251-955-1919. As always it’s 10mph down the drive.
