On July 2nd at 2pm 4 Men, and 4 Women will compete to see who can eat the most cabbage in 4 min in The 5th Annual Cabbage Eating Competition, here at The Cabbage Shed. 🥬

This proud Benzie County Dad and his 3 boys are ready to compete in the men’s division and the kids!

• He’s the dad with a gut of steel and three sons with stomachs to match—fiber is a family value.

• Some families bond over board games. This one bonds over boiled greens.

• This crew is going to come hungry, stay crunchy, and may never eat salad again!

• Her favorite genre? Nonfiction! She’s been known to only check out books featuring vegetables.

• She can turn reading time into…. feeding time!

• She’s read every page, shelved every book, and now she’s ready to eat some cabbage.

Who’s lean green and eats like a machine?
The Leafy Librarian!!! She’s our local librarian here at Benzie Shores District Library and this will be her 2nd time stepping up to the table!
