Today we say goodbye to Donovan, who has been our digital media intern for the last 3 months.

✨He has been an excellent contributor to Spark River and has become an essential member of the team. We are sad to see him go, and wish him success during his junior year studying film at Champlain College in Vermont.

🎙️Donovan has an interest in audio recording and producing and hopes to continue to work in the film industry after graduating. Farewell Donovan, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for you!

At A.I., students learn variuous multi-media production skills in 500 square foot soundstage, state-of-the-art audio engineering booth, and a recording studio.

We will always continue to foster an enviroment for up and coming creatives to find a pathway into a production career field!

After his time on Supernatural, Eric Kripke created Revolution, a thrilling sci-fi post-apocalypse story set in a world after a global blackout.

Shot at Spiderwood Studios, our densely wooded backlot, fields, and river front provided a ready-to-shoot locale for this world without electricity!

✨ We had the pleasure of hosting
Tawfiq Cotman-El and his Cedar Creek high school class to Spiderwood Studios. He also joined us for a week of his externship to learn the intricacies of running a film & tv studio.

Tawfiq is an excellent example of teachers in the Bastrop community encouraging the next generation of filmmakers. We are so glad he was able to join us!
