One of my good friends told me that no one really becomes a flight attendant unless you wanna get away (run) from your life and I can say that there’s some truth to that😅😅

A year ago today I quit my job and took a leap of faith to start over and become a FA and move from my hometown. I didn’t really know what it would look like, but I knew I wanted to change the environment that I saw in front of me and I’d be lying to you if I say it was or is easy. There’s definitely been some turbulence, but I see a path to some smoother air and I wake up every day, not knowing where I’m going or who I’ll be working with, but I know I’m richer than I’ve ever been in the right sense of the word.

I’ve made friends that I will call family for life & seen places that I’ve only dreamed of as a kid.
I thank the past version of myself every day that I was willing to tear down what I was for what I was confident I could become.

if you take one thing for me, I want you to know that you were capable of sacrificing what you are currently for what you will become it won’t be easy, but it’ll be worth it .
