🍁Wednesday morning greetings! The essence of fall for me is apples simmering on the stove with sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Throughout the night, I have been simmering pots of sweet apple butter. I feel grateful to have gotten boxes of these beautiful ripe peaches 🍑 After processing, it will be enough to make approximately 175 jars of fresh peach jam! Plenty to restock my inventory for both customers and our family 🧡

After an afternoon of making jam, you have to make breakfast for dinner. Fried eggs, biscuits with gravy, heirloom Granger co. Tomatos and warm jam 😉

I have a fresh batch of Peach jam, Strawberry jam and my new Tutti Frutti jam. Its a blend of strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and blackberry. Its absolutely delicious 😋
