Six months ago, this family let me know they were ready to buy a home. 🏡

Five months ago, they went under contract on a new construction in a highly sought after subdivision in a growing area of Elizabethtown, KY.

From then until now, we watched their brand new home be built literally from the ground up. At every turn, it has been my honor to represent their interests and be there to facilitate every step in the process to make sure everything stayed on track.

Which brings us to today, when they finally closed on the home of their dreams. Six months may have been a long wait, but walking away with INSTANT EQUITY was the cherry on top for this family!
